SeedBowl Sweepstakes Official Rules

Updated October 7, 2026 to add home-page voting as a method of entry (Section 4). Entries received before the update remain valid.

The ScoreFeeders™ SeedBowl 2026 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Avian Sciences, LLC, 11 Apex Drive, Suite 300A, #281, Marlborough, MA 01752 (“Sponsor”).

The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or affiliated with any university, college, athletic conference, athletic league, bowl game, Facebook, Instagram, Meta, or other social-media platform.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island, who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, members and contractors of Sponsor and persons directly involved in administering the Sweepstakes, together with members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible.

Void in Rhode Island and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on October 6, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time and ends on November 29, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer system is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter during the Sweepstakes Period. Either method creates the same single entry.

(a) Vote on the home page. Visit www.scorefeeders.com, vote for a university in the ScoreFeeders SeedBowl, provide a valid email address, select your state of residence and submit your vote. By submitting a vote with a state of residence selected, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements and agree to these Official Rules, and you are entered in the Sweepstakes. A vote submitted without a state of residence counts as a vote but does not create an entry. Voting on the home page also adds your email address to the ScoreFeeders launch list; you may unsubscribe at any time without affecting your entry.

(b) SeedBowl entry form. Visit www.scorefeeders.com/seed-bowl.html, complete the SeedBowl Sweepstakes entry form, provide a valid email address, provide your state of residence, select the university you would most like ScoreFeeders to pursue for a future licensed product, and confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements and agree to these Official Rules. This method does not subscribe you to marketing emails unless you tick the separate optional box.

Each eligible person may receive one Sweepstakes entry in total, regardless of the method used, the number of votes cast or the number of email addresses used.

No purchase, payment, $1 reservation, Fan Club membership or other transaction is necessary to enter. Making a purchase or reservation does not provide an additional entry and does not improve an entrant’s odds of winning.

An entrant may change their university selection without receiving an additional Sweepstakes entry. Automated, fraudulent, duplicate or manipulated entries are void.

5. University Voting

The university vote is used to help Sponsor evaluate consumer interest and prioritize potential university licensing opportunities. An entrant’s university selection has no effect on their odds of winning a Sweepstakes prize.

The SeedBowl vote does not mean that any university has licensed, approved, sponsored or endorsed ScoreFeeders™, and it does not guarantee that any university-branded ScoreFeeders product will be produced or offered for sale.

6. Prizes

Three (3) prizes will be awarded. Each prize consists of one complete ScoreFeeder™ bird feeder, including one feeder base and one ScoreShell™.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $199 per prize. Total ARV of all prizes: $597.

Because ScoreFeeders™ products have not yet been commercially released, the ARV is based on Sponsor’s current anticipated retail price. Actual retail pricing at commercial launch may differ.

Prize winners may select from ScoreFeeders designs available for fulfillment at the time the prizes are delivered. A university-branded design will be available only if Sponsor has obtained the necessary license.

Limit one prize per person and household. Prizes are not transferable.

7. Product Availability and Prize Substitution

ScoreFeeders™ products are currently in development. Sponsor intends to deliver Sweepstakes prizes after ScoreFeeders begins commercial shipment.

If a ScoreFeeder™ prize cannot be delivered to a confirmed winner by December 31, 2027, Sponsor will provide that winner, at Sponsor’s election, either (a) $199 in cash or (b) another prize having an equal or greater retail value. Any such cash payment or substitute prize will be provided no later than January 31, 2028.

Production products may differ from prototypes or promotional images in appearance, materials, features or specifications, but any substituted prize will have a value equal to or greater than the advertised ARV.

8. Winner Selection and Odds

On or about December 4, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select three (3) potential winners from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

All eligible entries are included in the same drawing pool. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

9. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be notified using the email address submitted with their entry. A potential winner must respond within ten (10) days after the notification is sent.

Sponsor may require a potential winner to verify eligibility and complete reasonable prize-claim documentation.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required time, is found ineligible, or fails to provide required information, Sponsor will randomly select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries.

Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to award all advertised prizes in accordance with applicable law.

10. Prize Delivery and Taxes

Confirmed winners must provide a valid delivery address within the eligible United States or District of Columbia. Sponsor will pay ordinary shipping costs for the prize.

Winners are responsible for any federal, state or local taxes associated with receipt of a prize. Sponsor will issue any tax documentation required by law.

11. Privacy and Marketing Communications

Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and otherwise handled in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at www.scorefeeders.com/privacy-policy.html.

Consent to receive promotional marketing emails is not required to enter or win. If an entrant separately elects to receive ScoreFeeders marketing communications, the entrant may unsubscribe from those communications at any time without affecting the entrant’s Sweepstakes entry. Entering through the SeedBowl Sweepstakes entry form (Section 4(b)) does not by itself subscribe an entrant to marketing emails; the entry form includes a separate, optional, unchecked box for entrants who wish to receive them. Unless an entrant opts in, Sponsor will use the entrant’s email address only to administer the Sweepstakes, including winner notification.

12. General Conditions

Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, uses automated or fraudulent means to enter, violates these Official Rules, or attempts to interfere with the fair administration of the Sweepstakes.

If fraud, technical failure, tampering or another circumstance beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affects the integrity or operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes to the extent permitted by law and may select winners from eligible entries received before the affected event.

Sponsor will not arbitrarily reject valid entries or fail to award advertised prizes.

13. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release Sponsor and its members, managers, officers, employees, agents and representatives, and any administrator, promotion agency or prize supplier involved in the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from claims arising out of or relating to entry into or participation in the Sweepstakes, its administration or operation, or the receipt, acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, subject to the exceptions below.

Limitation of Damages. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Released Parties will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or any prize, regardless of the theory of liability, subject to the exceptions below. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some or all of these limitations may not apply to an entrant.

Nothing in these Official Rules releases, excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be released, excluded or limited. Nothing in these Official Rules waives any nonwaivable statutory right or remedy. The release and damages limitation above do not relieve Sponsor of its obligation to award the advertised prizes in accordance with these Official Rules, including the substitution obligations in Section 7.

14. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, a confirmed winner agrees that Sponsor may use the winner’s first name, last initial, state of residence and university selection for the limited purpose of announcing Sweepstakes results, without additional compensation.

15. Governing Law and Exclusive Forum

These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any action arising out of or relating to these Official Rules, the Sweepstakes or any prize must be brought exclusively in a state court of competent jurisdiction in Middlesex County, Massachusetts, or, if federal subject-matter jurisdiction exists, in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Sponsor and each entrant consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts for such actions. This provision does not deprive an entrant of any nonwaivable protection under applicable law, including any nonwaivable right to bring a claim in another forum.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed to the extent of the invalidity or unenforceability, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by applicable law. Severability does not expand any release or limitation of liability or waive any nonwaivable right or remedy.

17. Entire Agreement

These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between Sponsor and each entrant concerning this Sweepstakes and supersede prior or contemporaneous communications and understandings concerning this Sweepstakes. Sponsor’s Privacy Policy referenced in Section 11 continues to govern the handling of personal information. This provision does not release liability for fraud or violations of law, waive any nonwaivable statutory right or remedy, or affect rights or obligations relating to a separate prior promotion.

18. Winners List

A list of confirmed winners will be available after the drawing by sending a request to info@scorefeeders.com. Requests must be received by January 31, 2027.

19. Prior Promotion

This Sweepstakes begins October 6, 2026 and is a new and separate promotion.

Any ScoreFeeders promotional sweepstakes that closed before October 3, 2026 is separate from this Sweepstakes. Entries in any prior promotion are not automatically transferred into this Sweepstakes.

Participation in a prior promotion does not prevent an otherwise eligible person from entering this Sweepstakes in accordance with these Official Rules.
